SolarWrights is pleased to announce that it has completed yet another solar acquisition, that of Sunsearch, LLC of Guilford, Connecticut. Sunsearch has been installing solar power systems since 1975 throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York enhancing Solarwright's capabilities and reach throughout the New England-New York region.

SolarWrights is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Kosmo Solar, a Springfield, Massachusetts-based alternative energy provider. Kosmo Solar's excellent reputation coupled with its strong commitment to social responsibility make it an ideal fit for SolarWrights. We anticipate a seamless fusion of operations which will enable us to effectively reach new customers and markets.
Mike Kocsmiersky, Kosmo Solar's founder and president, has been named
Vice President of Research & Development, and will continue to serve as general manager of the Springfield office.
The location of the Springfield office will enable us to better serve customers in central New England and provide a needed distribution center for SolarWrights'
offices in New York, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
We welcome the talented Kosmo Solar team to SolarWrights.
