Leadership Team:

  Robert Chew, Founder and President

Robert was named one of Remodeling Magazine's "Big 50" in 1987 and has a B.A. in Environmental Science from New England College. Robert Chew has been a renewable energy entrepreneur since 1977 when he established his first solar energy company, R.W. Chew Co., Inc. which he ran for nineteen years prior to starting SolarWrights. Robert is a NABCEP Certified Solar Thermal Installer, RI licensed Master Pipefitter, and Connecticut licensed Solar Technician


  Steven Townsend, Chairman of the Board

Prior to becoming involved with SolarWrights, Steven was President and CEO of United National Foods, Inc., the largest distributor of organic and natural foods in the country with annual sales of $2.3 billion.


  Mark Nelson, Vice President of Business Development and RI State Director

Mark earned a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts. He was previously employed as the Director of Service and Delivery and a Senior Project Manager for Heartlab, Inc., a Belgium multinational corporation and subsidiary of AGFA. Mark also gained experience as an Information Systems Consultant for Digital Equipment Corporation.


  Mark Furculo

Mark is President of TriVin, Inc., the leading provider of automated motor vehicle registration services, and electronic lien, title, and collateral management for automobile dealerships, lease and rental companies, and financial institutions nationwide. Prior to being appointed president of TriVin, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer. Mark has a B.A. in Business from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA in Finance from the University of Rhode Island.


  Paul Raducha, Chief Financial Officer

Paul is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the Rhode Island Society of CPAs, The America Institute of CPAs, and the Financial Executives International. He has a BA in Accounting from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. He previous worked for a leading Clean Technology/Emerging Technology research firm based in New York City, the accounting firms of KPMG Peat Marwick International and Sparrow Johnson and Ursillio, and on numerous start up ventures as the Controller and Chief Financial Officer. Paul sits on the Board of The Rhode Island Audubon Society and is active in various civic and environmental causes. In 2002, he hiked the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine, and is an avid outdoorsman and Sailor.
